I’m not anti-diet.
There’s nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight/fat, build muscle, or have a certain physique.
The ‘why’ behind that desire is important to unpack, but I can help assist in fat/weight loss in the healthiest and most *sustainable* way possible, if that is a goal.
I have been able to help people find the “fitness” and healthy eating habits that they enjoy and fits THEIR life without having to give anything up.
Whatever your likes/dislikes or limitations may be, as long as you are dedicated to changing and are willing to put in the work, we can make things happen for YOU.
I LOVE what I do – I provide the tools & help transform one’s physique, mindset, and outlook on training, nutrition, and overall health, because it’s not just ONE thing that gets you to where you want to be, it’s a culmination of everything.
My goal is to help educate and guide you along your journey. I do not believe any one individual should rely on or need a coach long term. I will not tell you what to do, I will teach you how to make the best decisions for yourself, so you can create the freedom to take control of your training, nutrition, and overall health for a lifetime. It is my mission to have you come out of this experience with the ability to coach yourself for the rest of your life!
I am very honest and up front. You will face challenges. I can not guarantee it’ll be easy… unlearning and relearning is messy. It takes patience + trial & error. I can’t guarantee results.

I CAN guarantee that over the next few months, you will learn a great deal of information regarding behavior change, exercise, nutrition, your mindset, your body, and what you are truly capable of if you are open, honest, communicate, and are willing to work together as a team, a partnership.

Upon purchasing, I will send you an in-depth questionnaire regarding your goals, current and past health, likes/dislikes, activity level, etc. The more in-depth your answers are, the more customized your program and overall coaching experience will be.
Based on your responses, your workout program will be created for you, your schedule, equipment availability, and likes/dislikes! You will also receive macronutrient recommendations for your body and goals after I have you track your intake for several days.
My clients check-in with me weekly, with the ability to sync a tracking app and wearable device to easily transfer data. This is how I evaluate your progress and inform you if any changes need to be made. Your workouts and nutrition guidance is subject to change as needed, but typically only after consistent adherence of at least 4 weeks.
