A Momentum Mapping Session is a collaborative brainstorming session to help you get unstuck with a realistic and feasible roadmap tailored to your life and needs!

The topic can be related to nutrition, exercise, sleep, and weight management.

You’ll walk away from our session with a roadmap that gives you the momentum to become the doer, not just the planner.

 

Once you send in a request for a Momentum Mapping Session, I’ll email you some questions to get to know you and your goals better, along with scheduling a phone call together to discuss your goals.

I will take notes during the call, then send you a detailed roadmap including steps of how to get from where you are now to where you want to be!

  • For the individual who has specific aesthetic and/or performance goals, who likes to track/have a structured plan, or who wants support, guidance, and accountability with their nutrition and training.

  • In- depth Weekly Check Ins

  • For the individual that no longer needs in depth, 1:1 coaching, but isn’t completely ready to be on their own.

  • 12 week minimum

  • Custom nutrition/macros

  • Custom workouts programmed through my app with video tutorials and a place to track progress
 
  • Biweekly check ins with macro & training assessments & adjustments as needed 

  • $159 per month for 3 months OR $465 when paid in full

NUTRITION ONLY

  • For the individual who feels secure with their own workouts and only needs nutrition support, guidance, and accountability.

I’m not anti-diet.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight/fat, build muscle, or have a certain physique. 
The ‘why’ behind that desire is important to unpack, but I can help assist in fat/weight loss in the healthiest and most *sustainable* way possible, if that is a goal.

 

I have been able to help people find the “fitness” and healthy eating habits that they enjoy and fits THEIR life without having to give anything up. 

Whatever your likes/dislikes or limitations may be, as long as you are dedicated to changing and are willing to put in the work, we can make things happen for YOU.

 

I LOVE what I do – I provide the tools & help transform one’s physique, mindset, and outlook on training, nutrition, and overall health, because it’s not just ONE thing that gets you to where you want to be, it’s a culmination of everything.

 

My goal is to help educate and guide you along your journey. I do not believe any one individual should rely on or need a coach long term. I will not tell you what to do, I will teach you how to make the best decisions for yourself, so you can create the freedom to take control of your training, nutrition, and overall health for a lifetime. It is my mission to have you come out of this experience with the ability to coach yourself for the rest of your life!

 

I am very honest and up front. You will face challenges. I can not guarantee it’ll be easy… unlearning and relearning is messy. It takes patience + trial & error. I can’t guarantee results. 
but you don’t have to do it alone.

 I CAN guarantee that over the next few months, you will learn a great deal of information regarding behavior change, exercise, nutrition, your mindset, your body, and what you are truly capable of if you are open, honest, communicate, and are willing to work together as a team, a partnership.

Upon purchasing, I will send you an in-depth questionnaire regarding your goals, current and past health, likes/dislikes, activity level, etc. The more in-depth your answers are, the more customized your program and overall coaching experience will be.

Based on your responses, your workout program will be created for you, your schedule, equipment availability, and likes/dislikes! You will also receive macronutrient recommendations for your body and goals after I have you track your intake for several days.

My clients check-in with me weekly, with the ability to sync a tracking app and wearable device to easily transfer data. This is how I evaluate your progress and inform you if any changes need to be made. Your workouts and nutrition guidance is subject to change as needed, but typically only after consistent adherence of at least 4 weeks.

Why wait?

Waiting is only prolonging your results, and there is no perfect time to start!

Most of my clients have either gone on vacation, gotten married, moved, started a new job or experienced a job loss, gone back to school, gotten pregnant, or have joined while going through a pandemic.

We can always put your plan on hold under certain circumstances, but why keep putting starting off even longer??

Payments are accepted on an individual bases with a signed contract agreeing to the payment plan!

Of course!! 

Most of my clients work closely with me for at least 6-9 months! 

I highly recommend getting in the mindset of working together for at least 6 months.

The only major difference is that payments are set up on a monthly recurring schedule, but as far as training & nutrition programming, we continues to move forward!

Nope! 

I can build a home training program for you based off of the equipment you have.

I would strongly recommend getting some dumbbells and bands at the minimum!

home workout guide

  • This is a 4 week at home training program. 4 days per week of resistance training split into 2 upper body and 2 lower body days.

  • You will need dumbbells (multiple sets is ideal, but you can make what you have work) and a long, looped resistance band or “tubed” resistance bands with handles.

  • We will also be covering some basic concepts of training, including tempo, adaptations, progression, rest periods, performance cues, terminology, and more!

  • All sales are final

  • $14.99

Momentum Mapping Session

Once this form is submitted, I will reply through email to schedule a 30–45 minute roadmapping call.
Included in that email will be a handful of questions that you will be required to send back to me before our scheduled call so I can have a good understanding of where you're currently at.
Payment will be due at that time.

During the call, I will take notes, then send you a detailed roadmap including steps of how to get where you want to be from where you are at right now!
